We anticipate that on February 9, 2026, Labcorp will acquire select assets of Empire City Laboratories clinical laboratory business including select existing patient service centers (PSCs). To enhance provider workflows and patient experience, Labcorp team members have been engaged with clients to help prepare for a smooth, thoughtful transition that maintains continuity of services for patients, hospitals, clinicians and clients.
